Every meal delivery review on MealFan compares each service on its published menus, nutrition information and dated prices from the MealFan Price Index, plus reader reports and customer reviews. We rate each service on:

• Per-meal cost after promotional pricing ends
• Protein density from published nutrition, in grams per serving and grams per dollar
• Taste from reader ratings and customer reviews
• Delivery coverage by ZIP code and reported cold-chain reliability
• Cancellation terms and the steps each service requires
• Customer service policies on damaged shipments
